In addition to All Inclusive, All Inclusive Prestige includes:

• Porter service inside of the Hotel
• Welcome gift upon arrival in the room
• VIP Fruit Basket & sparkling wine in the room upon arrival
• Bathrobe (to use during the stay) and slippers in the room
• VIP Amenities in the bathroom.
• Minibar with an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks selection (daily replenished)
• Tea & coffee making facilities (Nespresso or similar) in the room with daily capsules replenishment

In order to guarantee the AI Prestige Service, it is obligatory to wear the identification bracelet.

Bars & Restaurants 

• All drinks mentioned in the Bar-Menu at the Piano bar Mouro and bar Mataleñas, except French Champagne.
• All drinks during dinner mentioned in the Restaurant-Menu at La Magdalena, except French Champagne.
• Breakfast in a separate area of the restaurant offering fresh-squeezed orange juice, Nespresso coffee machine, eggs & omelette menu with table service.
• Dinner in a separate area of the buffet with liquor and coffee served to the table.
• Once a week, exclusive dinner in a private area. Special Menu. 
• Minimum stay of 7 nights prior to reservation, limited capacity.
• New Year’s Gala Dinner in a private area including unlimited French Champagne (exclusive Buffet of Starters and Desserts, Main course served at the table).

CLUB Prestige Lounge:

Until 30.04.26 incl. guests up to 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
